The KCFA website provides a directory of the South East’s foremost transactional advisers covering all aspects of the process; from lead advisory and solicitors, through to private equity, tax, due dilgence and finance providers as well as an abundance of information and resources to help you navigate your way through a deal and maximise shareholder value. Uniquely, the KCFA is also able to provide guidance and an 'independent signposting service' through its autonomous Chairman to shareholders and management teams who are considering a corporate finance transaction, but unsure where to start.
The KCFA is an independent network designed specifically to provide expert advice to businesses in the region with a turnover of at least £1m. Our objectives are clearly set out in our Vision Statement and our focus is to provide responsive, user-friendly and cost effective access to the best advice and guidance available, and to make those skills readily available to every business in Kent and the surrounding region.
