Welcome to Kent Corporate Finance Alliance

Whether you are an experienced executive in a large corporate or an owner-manager of a SME selling a business; seeking to perform a management-buyout; making an acquisition; seeking investment; or raising finance, all require the right mix of corporate finance advice.

The KCFA website provides a directory of the South East’s foremost transactional advisors covering all aspects of the process; from lead advisory and solicitors, through to private equity, tax, due diligence and finance providers as well as an abundance of information and resources to help you navigate your way through a deal and maximise shareholder value. Uniquely, the KCFA is also able to provide guidance and an 'independent signposting service' through its autonomous Chairman to shareholders and management  teams who are considering a corporate finance transaction, but unsure where to start.

The KCFA is an independent network designed specifically to provide expert advice to businesses in the region with a turnover of at least £1m. Our objectives are clearly set out in our Vision Statement and our focus is to provide responsive, user-friendly and cost effective access to the best advice and guidance available, and to make those skills readily available to every business in Kent and the surrounding region.

Our next event is being held on Wednesday 13 March 2019. The venue will be at the office of asb law office, Horizon House, Eclipse Park, Sittingbourne Road, Maidstone, Kent, ME14 3EN.

The speaker for the evening will be Daniel Bondzie of Funding Circle.  Daniel is a Business Development Manager at the UK's leading Peer-to-Peer platform Funding Circle. Daniel will be providing an overview of the UK P2P space and the impact on SME's, as well as how Funding Circle and their competitors can help to support you and your clients.
