Kreston Reeves contribute to the Kent Property Market Report
Kreston Reeves are proud to support the ‘2017 Kent Property Market Annual Report’ to property investment and development.
The 2017 report reviewed property deals and activity throughout 2016-17; major initiatives to support growth and economic development, and showcases regeneration projects already completed or on-going across the county.
The report was launched at the Mercure Maidstone Great Danes Hotel on Thursday 2 November 2017 and was produced and sponsored by Kent County Council, Caxtons, Locate in Kent, Kreston Reeves, Clague Architects, Handelsbanken, Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Cripps and DHA Planning.
This year Jennifer Williamson, Property and Construction Partner, also produced an article included in the report; “Uncertainty is the watchword” setting out some of the significant tax announcements affecting property investors and developers.
Jennifer commented, “We were delighted to contribute to the report this year which presents some very positive findings and shows continued improvement in the Kent property market.
The property sector is unique in that it impacts on everyone even in this increasingly digital age – be it homes to live in, premises to operate business from or development and investment.
We always strive to keep up to date with the latest developments and changes affecting the Property & Construction sector and have been particularly proud to be part of 2017 Kent Property Market Report process.”
