Thomson Snell & Passmore are pleased to have expanded their private client team with the appointment of Nicola Plant.

They are delighted to have Nicola back. Nicola trained with TS&P as a solicitor between 1998-2000. She will be returning as a partner in the private client department. Nicola will be providing traditional and high-level estate planning, inheritance and capital gains tax advice to individuals, families, business owners, charities and other organisations.

Senior partner James Partridge said: "We are thrilled to welcome Nicola back to Thomson Snell & Passmore. The firm is in an exciting phase of its development and the high calibre of new joiners reflects the fact that we offer a credible alternative to London practices.

"Nicola's wealth of experience makes her a valuable addition to the team and she will be instrumental in driving our expansion plans and developing our service offering as we look to build the South East's leading private client practice."

Nicola Plant said: "I first trained as a solicitor at Thomson Snell & Passmore before working in London law firms and I am really looking forward to returning as a partner. The firm is well known for providing exceptional service to clients and I believe my own experience – and international capabilities – will be of significant benefit to the firm's client base."
