Rix & Kay have announced the appointment of a new Partner and two new Associates.

William Keating has joined as Partner into the firm’s Commercial Property Team based in Brighton and will be part of a nine strong team of lawyers, including four Partners, who support clients across Sussex and Kent. William joins from DMH Stallard where he was previously Partner.

The firm’s Sevenoaks office is bolstered by the arrival of respected Family lawyer, Helen Noble who joins from Berry & Lamberts. Helen’s reputation in the Kent market, as a highly experienced family lawyer, will support the firm’s comprehensive private client offering across the region as well as supporting the firm’s continued drive into Ashford.

The move is seen as a strategic lateral hire for Rix & Kay and follows another recent appointment in Sevenoaks, with the arrival of Rich Risino as Associate. Rich joins from regional firm Thomas Eggar (now Irwin Mitchell) and will support clients by providing specialist tax, estates and succession planning services.

Rix & Kay have also confirmed two newly qualified appointments. Holly Chandler has been promoted to Solicitor and joins the firm’s Family Team in Brighton, whilst Sacha Bolourchi qualifies as a Solicitor into the firm’s Seaford based Residential Property Team. Both Holly and Sacha trained with Rix & Kay.
