Having successfully transitioned to Peppermint, a new technology platform, during 2016 we will continue to access even greater efficiencies and to work smarter for our clients.”

“We are determined to deliver efficient and flexible services to our clients and to develop long-lasting and collaborative corporate relationships. Michael Bance’s insight and expertise will prove useful in supporting our aims. He brings with him an excellent appreciation of the global commercial arena, having worked both in private legal practice and in-house at global companies.”

Michael Bance commented on joining asb law, “Having already worked with the firm on a consultancy basis for several years I have seen at first hand asb law’s client-focussed understanding of the commercial outcomes its clients wish to achieve. I am looking forward to working more closely with colleagues in the commercial team. Being part of a broader practice will be refreshing, both for me personally and for my clients who will benefit from access to a broader range of legal services.”

Andrew Clinton is optimistic about prospects for the firm, commenting, “The firm is well-positioned, having invested for value creation in the longer term and I thank all of our clients, staff and suppliers for their continued support and commitment in helping to deliver our strategy so successfully.”
