New Partner and Associate for law firm

Leading regional law firm, and KCFA member Brachers has promoted Sean Gorman to Partner.  Sean joined the firm as a trainee in 2004 and qualified into the Corporate and Commercial team.  Since then he has been working with clients in all areas of corporate finance and banking, including business sales, purchases and debt and equity investment, loan facilities and security.  In recent years Sean has acted on a number of high value matters which has provided him with invaluable experience and expertise on the buyer, seller and lender sides of transactions.  Sean commented: “I am delighted to have been promoted to Partner and look forward to the new challenges involved and helping to continue to further the firm’s strategic goals.”

The firm has also promoted Matthew Grogan to Associate in the Commercial Property team, Graham Wallis and Robert Thompson to Associate in the Debt Recovery team, Mark Gore to Associate in the Personal Injury team and Matthew Simmonds to Associate in the Corporate and Commercial team.
