A former managing director of global management consultancy and outsourcing company Accenture is joining leading Kent law firm, asb law, as a non-executive director.

Mark Bryant spent over 20 years with Accenture, working his way through the organisation where he held multiple executive positions, including Managing Director.  After leaving Accenture, he was involved in a number of entrepreneurial ventures and took on the role of CEO of Thermofluidics, a technology start-up company focused on innovative pump technologies for both the developed and developing worlds.

According to Andrew Clinton, managing partner of asb law, Mark’s appointment is a natural progression for the firm:  “As a firm we look outside the legal market for ideas and inspiration; bringing in someone with Mark’s background will provide a new perspective on the direction we’re taking and the decisions we’re making.”

“We’re delighted that Mark is joining us.  He will challenge the Board as much as support it to maximise our effectiveness as leaders of the business, and I’m sure that his skills and knowledge will prove to be invaluable.”

Commenting on his appointment, Mark said “I am delighted to be joining the Board at this exciting time and have been impressed by asb law’s focus on clients, value creation and innovation. I am looking forward to making an impact and to contributing towards the firm’s on-going mission – to be the law firm their clients would design.”
