This website is owned and operated by Kent Corporate Finance Alliance ("KCFA"), an unincorporated association. A list of members is displayed elsewhere on the website. Any reference to KCFA should be construed as a reference to all of its members. You can contact us by email at info@kcfa.co.uk.

These terms and conditions apply to the use of our website(s) www.kcfa.co.uk and www.corporatefinancealliance.co.uk ("the Website"). Please read them carefully along with the Privacy Policy as they affect your legal rights and liabilities. By using this site you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

KCFA may at any time alter these Terms and Conditions by amending this page. Please check this page from time to time for any changes. Continued use of the Website indicates your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions. Some of the provisions contained in these Terms and Conditions may also be superseded by provisions or notices published elsewhere on the Website.

KCFA endeavours to ensure that all information contained on the Website is accurate, aims to update the Website regularly, and may change the content at any time. However, any of the material on the Website may be out of date at any given time. KCFA are under no obligation to update such material and shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result of the use of any information contained in the Website.

Access to the Website may be occasionally restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new facilities or services. Where this is the case KCFA will attempt to restore the service as soon as reasonably possible.

You may link to the Website provided that you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage KCFA’s reputation or take advantage of it, but you must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any association, approval or endorsement on the part of KCFA where none exists. (m) Advocate, promote or assist any unlawful act such as (by way of example only) copyright infringement or computer misuse.

KCFA shall not be liable for any content uploaded by any third party. KCFA may remove any content uploaded to the Website where we determine that it does not comply with these terms and conditions.

10. Suspension and Termination

Where KCFA determine that you have breached these terms and conditions, we may take all or any of the following actions;

(a) immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use the Website;

(b) immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any posting or material uploaded by you to the Website;

(c) disclosure of any information to law enforcement authorities as KCFA feels is reasonably necessary; and/or

(d) legal proceedings against you.

11. Jurisdiction

Use of the Website and any dispute arising out of the same is subject to the laws of England and Wales.

12. Miscellaneous

KCFA shall not be responsible for any breach of these Terms and Conditions caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
